You will be supported throughout your Route to Employment course by our dedicated coaching team. Their sole aim is to help you achieve your potential, whether that’s by giving you personal support, coaching you through your interviews, or checking in on how you’re getting on once you’ve secured your job or apprenticeship. You may be eligible for financial support to help cover costs for travel, food, interview clothes, data/IT, housing/accommodation, personal hygiene, emergency funding and childcare. You can speak to a member of staff about this as part of your enrolment so we can get support set up as soon as possible for you.

Did you know your learning experience can be personalised to your way of thinking? We have partnered with Cognassist, whose Neurodiversity Assessment tool will help identify just how your mind works and identify any potential areas of support you have so we can personalise your learning and help you to achieve your goals.
