Our Route to Employment course is aimed at young people aged 16-18 (or up to 25 if you have an EHCP) and will give you the training, experience and qualifications you need to help you secure a job or apprenticeship.

A qualification in Business Administration or IT or certification in Entrepreneurship. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what area you would like to go into, you will still work readiness support that will help you further your career development in your chosen field.
Support with your English and maths (that could be to get up to level 2 functional skills or to work towards GCSE retakes if you need them).
Support:
Work experience.
Personal social development ie work preparation, confidence building.
Careers advice and guidance.
One-to-one coaching and mentoring.
Access to corporate partners and volunteers such as IBM, NatWest, BBC.
Access to our weekly food bank as well as daily breakfast provided.
Learner voice forum – your opportunity to have your voice heard and share your comments, feedback and ideas.
And the best part…all of this is delivered in a relaxed yet corporate location and environment.

You will be supported throughout your Route to Employment course by our dedicated coaching team. Their sole aim is to help you achieve your potential, whether that’s by giving you personal support, coaching you through your interviews, or checking in on how you’re getting on once you’ve secured your job or apprenticeship. You may be eligible for financial support to help cover costs for travel, food, interview clothes, data/IT, housing/accommodation, personal hygiene, emergency funding and childcare. You can speak to a member of staff about this as part of your enrolment so we can get support set up as soon as possible for you.
