Head of Programme Performance and Impact job purpose:

We have secured a strategic partner to undergo a multi-year programme development journey, to refine our data approach with the goal of achieving greater impact and supporting more students into and sustaining education, training and employment.

As Head of Programme Performance and Impact, you will be responsible for managing the codification, roll-out, performance management, quality assurance and impact evaluation of our new programme design. You will ensure that our programme design achieves the project goal and fulfils sustained outcomes for students and that the programme design is continuously improved by carrying out planned and thorough process review, documenting changes, facilitating learning and embedding programme improvements across the organisation.

You will provide updates and written reports regarding programme performance and impact, management and improvement to the Senior Leadership Team, City Gateway Board and our strategic partners. You will also act as an internal champion for driving and delivering a data and impact culture and the importance of impact management for ensuring effective outcomes for students, across the entire organisation.
