Head of HR job purpose:


We seek to reach more of the current sustained NEET 20,000, 19 to 24 Young People in East London and are looking for an inspirational HR leader to drive the change agenda that is set around growing the company and allowing our people to make a positive difference to the lives of young people and women.

The purpose of this role is to lead the HR function and work with senior managers to drive a people strategy that can support our ambitious growth plans and is aligned with the overall company strategy. This needs to be balanced with being able to provide advice and support to line managers and remain operationally “hands on”.

This role requires you to work with senior managers to champion people development and employee engagement initiatives, as well as implementing change programmes and managing projects. You will also be required to ensure compliance and the effective administration of HR processes.

The Head of HR is responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality HR services to staff, managers, apprentices and apprentice employers across all areas of HR. This position reports directly to the CEO.
