Our partnerships are central to our success and the success of the young people we work with, but we see these partnerships as a two-way relationship. By working together, we can open up opportunities for your workforce as well as harness opportunities for the ambitious young people coming through our programme.

/   what does this mean to your workforce?

Whatever your recruitment and training objectives might be, we align your business needs to our range of education and training programmes, supporting the real talent in your business – your staff.

We help to up-skill your existing employees to keep their skills up-to-date and relevant in a highly competitive market. This helps them, and you, reach new levels of success, productivity and growth. Whether you want to train individual employees or a team of staff then we are here to deliver an education programme which clearly demonstrates an impact on your business.

/   what does this mean to City Gateway?

We work with more than a hundred ambitious young people every year. Countless studies show that modern millennials bring ambition, fresh ideas and familiarity with technology to workplaces. Our diverse portfolio of young people can help revitalise businesses who are trying to create a modern workforce more reflective of their local community.

For the young people, this gives them the opportunity to get on the first step of their career ladder and shape their future for years to come. You can help them gain the skills they need to be a success in their chosen career, while boosting their confidence, independence and resilience.

/   a tailored approach to education and training?

We are more than a Government-backed training provider; we’re your education and skills partner. We’ll take the time to identify your skills gaps and then deliver a flexible and tailored solution to help you realise your business ambitions.

Our training programmes combine a mix of online, on the job and off the job training equipping your employees and new staff with the industry focused skills they can apply in their daily job roles.

/   provider of choice

Over the last ten years we’ve become specialists in recruiting and training business support apprentices who have worked for corporate partners such as IBM, Man, Clifford Chance, and Societe Generale. It made commercial sense that we developed our education and training business to offer Apprenticeship Standards in those areas, playing to our strengths.

Personalised learning is key to ensuring your staff are enrolled on the right programme at the right level at the right time. Following a skills scan with one of our expert coaches, staff will be given the opportunity to study at Level 2 (Intermediate Apprenticeship) all the way up to Level 5 (Higher Apprenticeship).

Explore our current apprenticeship programmes in administration, customer service specialist, team leader/supervisor and departmental manager. We are currently exploring developing apprenticeship programmes in Digital (Cyber Security), HR and Finance.
