We offer training & apprenticeships in IT, sports and customer services from our training centre in Whitechapel and our youth sports centre near Poplar. We provide a complete progression from a very basic entry level through to longer term NVQ apprenticeships.

Our courses offer a balance between accredited learning and employability sessions such as CV workshops, mock interviews and office tours. Our team of employment progression workers will help you find an apprenticeship placement and support you onto employment or further education at the end of our courses.
