Welcome to our Youth Projects
We look to connect with local women & disadvantaged young people, and run programmes which engage and train them and then provide them with the skills and opportunities they need to enter work. We were founded by a group of City workers from local churches who wanted to give something back to the community around them.
City Gateway’s work has seen NEET figures in Tower Hamlets fall from 15% to 6.7%.
City Gateway Youth Services seeks to provide a full complement of services to young people particularly those living in and around East London. Our Training and Employment Team, based near Tower Hill, received an Ofsted Outstanding rating and we have a Youth Project based at Limehouse Youth Centre. In all we do, our focus is to see young people progress from where we connect and engage them, through training and into the work place.
