    Connect

    City Gateway Women’s Project welcomes women from every background; we work with them to identify and overcome obstacles. Women get to meet others in the centre and take part in activities from Keep Fit classes to Literacy Lunches. We have a free crèche for children so all women can access our services.

    Engage

    We have over 20 courses at Engage which support learners to grow in confidence and skills. Courses are either part of a progression stream, equipping learners with skills needed for employment; or help women get the practical and personal skills they need to achieve their goals.

  • Train

    Train

    We offer a range of quality accredited qualifications for women. This enables them to achieve the qualifications they need to move on to the next step towards their goal. We encourage all of our women to undertake 3-week volunteering opportunities to gain experience of the working environment in preparation for work.

    Work

    The final stage of the progression route is work. It is our aim that all the women we work with will come to gain the skills and experience they need to become economically independent and make a positive contribution to their communities and families thruogh their development.
